There's already a pretty good program named Convert included on the FAT disk of the DM42.

Re: May 2022 Speculations
I'm not very familiar with the 32SII. I've read up a bit on it, but I can't seem to see what makes this particular model desirable when compared to the current available models? Would it be like a lower cost DM42? Maybe there is much more to it that hasn't been announced yet as well. Apples and ora...

Re: May 2021 Speculations
So Emy = Michael ? Seems likely. Why on earth do you think that? If you search this site, you find a “ Emy Amstein” https://technical.swissmicros.com/manuals/swissmicros_serial_guide_v1.63.pdf That's just one of Michael Steinmann's many aliases. Oops, I missed Emy's intro above. My bad.

Re: May 2021 Speculations
We don't need no stinking parentheses and equal sign. Whatever it might turn out to be, let it be 100% RPN only. And, BTW, I detest the lack of a native rectangular <> polar conversion and single letter labels. If it turns out to be a replica of the HP-35s, I will definitely NOT buy it.

Re: [DM15L M1B V28] All trig is in radians when in complex mode.
A bit odd that the annunciator doesn't change then. I searched the handbook but didn't find any mention of it. You would expect a line about it when trig mode is discussed but couldn't find it searching for "degrees" or "grad". Which page? Page 131, One-Number Functions, last pa...
Re: 43S News
The main thing is that you have fixed the two problems I reported with backup.bin and wp43.sav. I noticed that the DOS box no longer appears on startup, but will it still appear if there are system errors ?
Re: 43S News
Please sketch your entire proposed layout on a piece of paper and look at it. Are you satisfied? I don't need to draw anything to envision what I'm proposing, which is quite simple. The emulator is 11 inches tall on my 25 inch monitor, and I see it quite clearly. y^x replaces sqrt(x), and sqrt(x) m...
