When I bought my DM42, I could have sworn there was a note about an RTC or accurate clock. I hadn't checked mine until I had to change the firmware to support the printer I was given. I received my DM42 today and tried the USB by pressing 4 to Activate USB Disk. With a USB cable attached, I receive a message that "USB Write Mode" and press any key to exit. Neither my MAC or PC see the DM42 as an external drive.

Am I doing something wrong?
