Re: Landscape DM42?

Hp41 was the best, do not change anything. Maybe that's the answer. If someone could shove the 41 CX rom into the DM42, then we could be reassigning keys and manually typing in functions like it was 1979. Someone's finally seeing the light. ;) I’ve seen the light a long time before 1979, but HP41 w...

Re: [POLL] Compiler for DM15L ?

Hem... and what about FORTH ?

Basic and Python are much too heavy I think, C is awfull.

Just my opinions, not facts.

Then, HP is right as it is, I don’t know why change something every HP user knows from eternity.

Hem...

I would not buy a DM42 landscape... the DM41 puzzles me as a landscape overlay, quite not usable...

Where are the operator keys (+-*/) in the middle of nowhere ?

Don’t touch the overlay, please.

Hp41 was the best, do not change anything.

Kind of ludicrous question...

Tell us more as we can’t see what’s your problem...

Re: DM15L keyboard faceplate is separating

... I will discuss that with Michael next week ... Hello All, Coming back to my previous DM41L issue with unglued bezel. I did not have time to ask Michael to find a solution : he proposed me last Tuesday (back from holidays on Monday !) to send me another bezel OR to replace my DM41L. I prefered a...

Re: Firmware V28 for DM1x/DM41(L) units

I see that same error on MacOS, Patrick. It seems to be broken in Mojave. I was able to do the upgrade on Linux... Will, If someone says It works, I tend to believe him. Ok for Mojave , I won't try anymore. For Linux , I was waiting too long (yes my machine is very fast). I typed the command line a...

Re: Firmware V28 for DM1x/DM41(L) units

I see that same error on MacOS, Patrick. It seems to be broken in Mojave. I was able to do the upgrade on Linux. This is just a guess, but perhaps you didn't use the outer most hole on the back of the calculator to do the reset? And, in the past, I've had to try the reset a couple of times before t...

Re: Firmware V28 for DM1x/DM41(L) units

Firmware V28 has been released for DM1x and DM41 units... Hello everybody, I am unable to update Firmware V28 using either Linux/Windows/Mac  on my DM41L. Linux : nothing happens, it seems to run and gives me the answer at the end of the process " no answer on ? " Windows : run on my Linux m...

Re: Landscape DM42?

Why not proceed as done with the DM10L and ask : are you interested by a DM42L ? SwissMicros could then go ahead in production according to number of potential buyers. Anyway, and to paraphrase John Lennon a loooooong time ago : « Don't you know that you can count me out ». Ok, it was a song about R...
