There's no need for pixel arts ;) : you can just take https://gitlab.com/Over_score/wp43s/blo ... verlay.xcf and https://gitlab.com/Over_score/wp43s/blo ... ickers.xcf and merge them. 8-) Yes, you can.
I've seen these before. That's not what I'd be looking for.
Please be a bit more specific about what you were looking for, else it's difficult to help you (and at the beginning you wanted to support us, didn't you?).
I was looking for a complete high resolution face plate that I can simply reduce to the required size, as I did with the outdated overlay.

So I think it's about time we invite you: please take our offer, use the simulator and/or WP43S.pgm
The Windows simulator on the gitlab master is 5 months old it seems. Where do I get a new simulator to play with. Is there another download location for that?
Please read App. E of the ReM (unless you did already). Does it work for you?

If I understand you correctly, you plan to support us by downscaling an existing layout picture, don't you? :? If true that's something we can do ourselves most easily, and I presume almost everybody on this forum can. So I hope I didn't understand you correctly - please enlighten me.

It was never my intention to provide significant support. It was just an idea to provide something that was usable for first experiences with a re-flashed DM42. As I've not seen anyone doing this so far I took one of the layouts Martin has published here in this thread, downsized it, created a PDF so it could be applied easily. Oh well, everyone can do it of course.

Thanks for clarifying your intention. Support ≠ support, of course - I should have known.

Thank you, but this points to a DM42 image, not to a Windows simulator.

Thank you for the advice, but no, it unfortunately did not work for me. Page 200 (b) points to the same 5 month old executable file that I referred to above and I do not want to do p. 200 (a).

You're absolutely right!
As I develop with linux, I don't think very often about Windows users...
I just generated a new binary for Windows: https://gitlab.com/Over_score/wp43s/tre ... 20binaries
DM42 SN00284 & SN03835 running C47, HP34C, HP41CV, HP42S, HP35s, WP34S, HP Prime

This was maintained by Martin some hour ago. :D

I'm afraid you are condemned to wait for above maintenance then next time again. Get independent! ;)
