J language?

Post by alphajuliet »

While I’m waiting for my DM42 to arrive, I was wondering if anyone had ever thought about porting a subset of [J](http://www.jsoftware.com/) to the DM42 hardware? J is a direct descendant of APL that uses ASCII characters, plus some additional features. I have the J app on my iPhone but it would make a powerful system on a hardware calculator. Even if not, I found it a fun, if not slightly cryptic, language to play with. YMMV.

Sounds fun, what's the progress on this?
