I will take care of that, once at home.
I won't hold my breath though since I don't see anything about power drain issues.
As anticipated nothing changed about power drain. From 2.92V to 2.83V in a matter of minutes.
Slowly recovering (now 2.85V) after downgrading to 3.8 + 3.9.1
Is it draining and stays low?
I noticed on mine that the voltage dropped from 2,92 to 2,88 during the Bench test at 10.000. It then recovered to 2,90. Now, after a few hours "off" when switching on, it says 2,92 again.
No it doesn't stay low, it gets lower and lower, just sitting there. Already lost 3 CR2032 this way.

I have the same issue. The strange thing is that when it got delivered it lasted 6 Months or so. The only thing which changes is that I started to have some programs loaded onto the FAT drive. Like the DICE program. And that I changed the settings on time/date and font-size. I guess that also in terms of HW / SW combination something is wrong with my machine.

I have mine since the beginning. Never had power issues. I always upgraded in a few hours' time since release without hiccups (apart a problem, once, with QSPI, but quickly solved). It all started with
DMCP v3.9 : 2018/08/01
Small number of boards exhibited excessive power-off current - fixed
Seems logical that what hampered a few boards drains a few other.

What should I explain, Walter? :?
My board (and also some other's, from what I read) didn't exhibit surge drain. With that fix (after reports from others, evidently) my calculator very quickly drains off those tiny cells.

Ok, thanks, I've got now what you wanted to tell (wasn't matching what you wrote IMHO). :?

Ok, now I got what you were asking... A small interval cleared my "caches"

No problems with the upgrade or with the battery consumption when switched off?

Combo flashed from FAT drive here. I'll keep an eye on battery consumption, but everything looks good so far.
