The company that is hosting the file at the link earlier in this thread is discontinuing their public cloud offering. Therefore, we can expect that the file will no longer be available soon.

Since there haven’t been any updates on this topic for a year, I’ll assume that no one is going to be upset by this ;)

Wait, it's a DM 42 guide - surely this very forum would make an excellent candidate for hosting it - if the main Swiss Micros site can't have it?
