Edit code on PC

Post by Krauts In Space »

Hi!
This is my first post, so hello to everybody.

I'm still no owner of a DM42 but hopefully I'll get one with the next batch in March.
I'd like to know if the code is editable with an editor or maybe within a GUI. I look around but found no info on that.

Thanks in Advance,
KiS

There is a code editor available on line at this address: http://www.swissmicros.com/dm42/decoder/

It does, however, require an internet connection but it is platform-independent.

If I get time (no promises, I'm mad busy for the next few months!) I'll make an offline version that will be Windows-based but should work on Linux or MacOSX with WINE and an appropriate .NET equivalent runtime installed.
There are only 10 kinds of people in the world: those who understand binary and those who do not.

Great!
I "played" a little with it and it looks promising to me.

Thanks for your work,
