How about adding elements that haven't been discovered yet? That would save you from having to add them in later.

toml and Logan are right - the Lanthanoids and Actinoids are essential for a complete periodic table.

So I started to redesign the periodic table from scratch. I found some place for these elements - even if the atomic number isn't named for every element. In addition I raised and harmonized the fonts (5x7 for numbers and 10x7bold for symbols) which gives a really good readability (even if it's damned small). After some hours of pixelwork I got this:
pt.bmp
pt.bmp (12.31 KiB) Viewed 261 times

Please tell me if you have any suggestions or find some errors (I had some typos in the old version). So far all periodic tables I found are different from each other. Maybe because of rounding errors or outdated/updated numbers. Even there are different titles of the colums (arabic, arabic with A/B or roman numbers) - does anyone know which kind of titles are most convenient for physicists?

I’m amazed by the work done on these tiny periodic tables. Can any one recommend a good source for Fresnel lenses for my DM42?

As posted earlier in this thread, the calculator backside is empty still beyond the two emergency buttons. You can attach a standard shape full colour periodic table to it most easily. 8-)

Astonishing work. This version will definitely go on my every-day use DM42. One small correction; the relative atomic mass of Beryllium is 9.012 and not 2.012.

ETA: The atomic weight of Titanium is 47.867 and not 47.380.

Wow - good eyes. Mark - thank you very much for the improvements.
Including some other minor changes - this is the current periodic table:
pt.bmp
pt.bmp (12.31 KiB) Viewed 161 times

And - as I'm now using gimp and mtpaint (and not my buggy MS-paint) I made my ultimate offimage new (including a non-metric ruler):
oi.bmp
oi.bmp (12.31 KiB) Viewed 161 times

Additional I can provide some kind of calendar for 2020:
cal2020.bmp
cal2020.bmp (12.31 KiB) Viewed 149 times
