This works, but... oh my poor eyes!
What's the secret on how you were able to convert it? Was it as simple as copy/paste?
Well, yes and no.
At first I copied and pasted it into a graphic editor (it's on another Pc, I don't remember its name right now) were I was able to reduce the color depth, change the constant, and save it. Afterwards I realized it was 3 pixels wider and longer than needed, so I thought to cut and re-save it within the same editor but then there was no way to use less than 8 bits/pixel. :?

At last I used an icon editor where you can freely set the icon's dimensions. That did the trick.

Just a little bit of pixel work ;)

EDIT: This picture is NOT correct! Please see below.

Thanks for reporting. I corrected and took the CODATA 2018 values now:

I can only hope that all the atomic masses are correct.

EDIT: One element symbol is incorrect here. Please see below for a better offer.

It seems there are some different versions of periodic tables now.
However - this is my latest version after some "optical changes" (lighten annoying intersections between lines, adding physical constants according Walter & Co., arrows in colums 8-9, correcting V's that looked like Y's, centered all single character symbols):

Any suggestions what to add/remove/change?

Yes, there are. :) As I wrote above, I couldn't resist doing some pixel work - for sake of readability, consistency, etc. within the constraints of the space available, as usual. Actually it took more time than I had expected. So may the user decide which offer (s)he prefers now. :D

Minor nitpicky remark: Avogadro's number is 6.022 140 76 E23 (with or without /mol) but not 6.022 140 760 E23 /mol. The trailing 0 you inserted suggests a ten times higher precision for NA than it is actually defined! Please correct.

How about adding elements that haven't been discovered yet? That would save you from having to add them in later.

 Most willing - as soon as you know their names and symbols ... and the space where to place them. ;)

@Walter, a small note: the symbol for Rutherfordium (atomic number 104) if Rf, not Rt.

EDIT: Checked the atomic masses and had to correct several of them. Thus, I uploaded a refined file.
