Re: C47 Classic single shift, replaces C43 on DM42
handy! might it be worth removing the merges from that list? That might make it easier to see actual changes.

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
Thanks Walter; so it's the "bit and integer functions as on the HP-16C" part?

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
I did notice! nice touch
unrelated question, please…
In the ReM IOI, what's the significance of the green background in the first column, e.g. ASR, BC?
They seem to be all short int/bit related, but I see no explanation in the preface to the IOI?

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
Looks like XEQ is not treated as a context-sensitive key in OM App.1; should it be?
It's three possibilities are listed directly in the key response table, not separated out in the context-sensitive key section.

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
Very nice Walter, thanks.
I'd suggest changing "heads" to "precedes", and "trails" to "follows".

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
Know this, been there. But even in pdf, you can copy [.d] from the text into the search window and search for that string which returns 10 hits in the ReM. But you have to find one first, to copy it :) — although, I could have copied it from the OM, true. I should have been more persistent, wading ...

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
I'm a little confused as to the .d key, which seems to have two apparently unrelated functions: … In summary, it seems that: • during input (of a real) .d closes the input and indicates/tags the entry as a date • otherwise, not during input, .d performs ➜REAL • it also clears FRACT, i.e. fraction d...

Re: WP43 Bug Reports and Maintenance
I'm a little confused as to the .d key, which seems to have two apparently unrelated functions: • converting an integer to a real (OM p.149) • entering a date (OM p.197) Or is it just that the integer->real conversion is a useful side-effect of using the date feature with an invalid (i.e. integer) d...
