Re: New 47-platform design layout R47
In my own very personal opinion, the C47 cycling shift makes a lot of sense, so I would personally reintroduce it and get one extra key on the keyboard. But it would defeat the very purpose of the R47 layout. But you still want a different keyboard than the DM42...? That is interesting. What would ...

You might want to read up on the concept of forking an open source project, Walter. We have gone separate paths, and we have done it by the book.
Stay on the subject of the topic. That's what you ask of others, is it not?

Re: Assign the f shift or g shift function to a MyMenu location?
Thanks, Pyjam! Interesting points of view. I think where we differ are on a couple of personal preferences, for example I think the current shift location is perfect (because it's a key I want to be able to locate without looking, and without covering other keys while using it) - although it sometim...

Of course the yellow shift key is the only one we have, and it can't move. That's the price we pay for being able to use the DM42 keys as th...

Re: C47 Classic single shift, replaces C43 on DM42
Please allow me to disagree. IMO we did the best we could at that time but just had neither a cheap nor quick way to get reliable feedback in this matter - no opportunities for stepwise improvements like you could take advantage of. Overlays are slightly easier and faster to get your hands on than ...
