Re: 43S Bug Reports and Maintenance

small bug in simulator:
Running program SPIRAL (pre-populated programs (following discussion of an Issue))
in Windows Simulator (version WP43 v0.23.10 2023-03-26) crashes the Simulator.
(Calling this program via CATALOG, PROGS, RAM also crashes the Simulator)
It's running fine on real hardware.

Re: The dummy asks again

Hello Rudi,

at WP43S READP and WRITEP are only visible at the Menues, but not available.

In gitlab there are some issues relatet to WRITEP / READP, e.g.
https://gitlab.com/rpncalculators/wp43/-/issues/1122
https://gitlab.com/rpncalculators/wp43/-/issues/469
Both are open issues.

Yes in principle but we have to check if this fits in our UI. Don't hold your breath. Thanks for pointing us to that.
Many thanks! I will continue to breathe :-)
Especially a PROGRAMS subdirectory for programs as text file would be a big step forward.

Re: 43S News

Question/Proposal: What about an file based program storage feature for WP43S (like "XEQM" on C43/C47; for reference see http://cocoon-creations.com/download/c43_XEQM.pdf, and https://forum.swissmicros.com/viewtopic.php?p=16167&sid=a982a4d903c9798cc954cf35e96c0b4a#p16167) I'm not shure...
