Re: Displaying numbers

Actually, if you study American history, German almost became a second language in the United States, where all federal documents would have been printed in both English and Spanish. Germans represent the second largest cultural group in the US, after the English. German is widely spoken in many sma...

QRG errors

I offer this thread as a placeholder for reporting QRG errors.

I found a tiny error in the Matrix Arithmetic section of the latest version of the QRG Version 20180131b

“or 0 [ENTER] [COMPLEX] [STOM] [+] name”

where keystroke [STOM] should simply be [STO].

Re: Calculator locks up with this program

Re: February run of DM-42

Re: DM42 Firmware V3.3 available

I have not yet updated to v3.3. I am using dm_tool on Windows 7. Just so I don’t screw up, should I expect the calculator to prompt me for a paperclip RESET after flashing is completed instead of pressing EXIT ? Does it matter if the computer has not disconnected from the calculator ?

Re: Question about a certain featue of the stack

The T register is being replicated, which has always been the practice with HP RPN calculators. So it acts like a perpetual constant that gets repeated as the stack drops. See what happens when you put zero in the T register, and repeatedly press X (multiplication).
