I can't think of a situation where that would be useful.
It makes entering numbers on the stack behave more like RPL calculators (apart from the limited stack size).
I miss the subtle usefulness of this...

You can also press EXIT after entering a number, and it will only change the X register without disabling automatic stack lift.

This illustrates the difference in stack behaviour between ENTER and EXIT...
Never thought of using EXIT this way. Learned something new. Thanks!

Re: UPDATE: DMCP-3.11 / DM42-3.11

Seems logical that what hampered a few boards drains a few other. Was the last sentence written with [irony/on] ? ;) Else please explain. What should I explain, Walter? :? My board (and also some other's, from what I read) didn't exhibit surge drain. With that fix (after reports from others, eviden...

Re: Keyboard Debouncing - NOOB Question

When entering a number, then hitting ENTER, the number appears both in the "X" Register and the "Y" Register. If I proceed to enter a second number it types into the "X" register. This is exactly what ENTER should do: close entry in X and copy x into Y, after moving previous y into Z after previous...

Re: 43S Poll (yes, here is one!)

Nevertheless I am looking which kind of colour is best for painting the whole key in yellow & blue ... (details in Basel?) But let's return to 43S again. If you refer to the DM1xL then you have to paint. There are a lot of nice colours made for modellers ... For the 43S, yellow was already part of ...

IMHO the two function keys should be coloured, not just stickers like with the DM 15L ...
Looking at my DM 16L, the prefix keys are printed there (definitely no stickers). YMMV of course, but I doubt it.
