Sorry, this might be more of an HP42 question - but I'm doing in on my fantabulous DM42, so here goes. If I write a program at the end of the program memory (GTO ..) and label it, it shows up in the XEQ list which is fine and exactly what I would expect. Sorry - I posted this before I could change the Subject title.
After some more experimentation, it's not the the REGS var that seems to be the issue - just that all the VARS are deleted, and then a state file saved.

Hi there. First of all - I _love_ this thing... I'm running into a strange behaviour (?) where if I delete all of my VARS, it will not save a state file - it will return with a state file corrupt error message. It doesn't seem to be a problem with saving a state file with no VARS - just if I delete ...
